Based on original HB series, after the further development of these years, we bring out more series new technology automatic PET stretch blow molding machine. The HB series was replaced by CP series, TP series and JP series. All of them have a common advantage, it’s with minimized PET preform heating pitch. Please see pictures below for the information:
 

TP and JP series are designed for cavity numbers under 6, while CP series is designed for cavity numbers under 9. Among them CP series have unique design of PET preform picking device after heating before blowing, it makes the series can do more cavities and do faster. Single cavity of CP series machine can do 1800 bottles per hour. For machine with 6 cavities to 9 cavities, the production capacity will be 10,800 bottles per hour to 16,200 bottles per hour. With this production range, the CP series machine will be able to meet the customer demand of filling capacity from 10,000bph to 16,000bph.
